Consumers availing supply at voltage higher than the one specified in Regulation 8 for the respective limits of connected load or contract demand, shall be eligible for the high voltage supply rebate as approved by the Commission from time to time in the tariff order and it shall be paid by the licensee to the consumer by way of adjustment in the bill for electricity charges.
