(1) This Code shall be called the Kerala Electricity Supply Code, 2014. (2) This Code shall be applicable to,-- (i) all distribution licensees including deemed licensees and all consumers and users in the State of Kerala; and (ii) all other persons and institutions who are exempted under Section 13 of the Act. (3) It shall come into force with effect from the first day of April, 2014.
