(1) The Government may by notification in the Gazette, make rules to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) All rules made under sub-section (1) shall, as soon as possible after they are made, be laid on the table of the Legislative Assembly for a period of fourteen days and shall be subject to such modification by way of repeal or amendment as the Legislative Assembly may make during the Session in which they are so laid or the Session immediately following.
