Revival of Membership.- The membership of a member which has been ceased under sub-section (2) of section 6 may be revived on payment of arrears along with interest at twelve per cent per annum within six months from the date of cessation of such membership: 1[Provided that the membership, of a member who is in arrears for a period of more than one year, shall not be revived without the permission of the Government.] 2[7A.
