Act of Board not to be invalid by defect etc.- No act done or proceedings taken under this Act or the rules or scheme made thereunder by the Board shall be invalid merely by reason of. (a) any vacancy or defect in the constitution of the Board: or (b) any defect or irregularity in the nomination of any person as a member thereof; or (c) any defect or irregularity in any act or proceedings of the Board.
