Appointment of Officers and Staff.- (I) The Government may appoint such officers and staff as they may deem necessary, in such manner as may be prescribed, on deputation from the Registration Department for assisting the Secretary m the performance of the functions of the Board under this Act. (2) The Secretary of the Board shall be responsible for the implementation of the decisions of the Board.
