Any person aggrieved by an order of the Chief Inspector passed under Section 5 of the Act may, within 15 days from the date on which the order is communicated to him, prefer an appeal to the Secretary, Ports Department, Government of Kerala, Thiruvananthapuram and the provisions of Section 8 of the Act shall apply accordingly.
