(1) All warehouse, transit sheds and store places shall be provided with sufficient means of escape for the dock workers employed therein in case of fire and all the means of escape, other than the means of exit in ordinary use, shall be distinctively marked in a language understood by the majority of the dock workers. (2) In every dock there shall be provided effective and clearly audible means of giving warning in case of fire to every dock worker employed therein.
