The officers and employees of the Board shall belong to Hindu religion and shall have faith in God and temple rituals. When the Board constitute and starts its functioning, the Government may appoint the officers and employees initially through deputation. The Board may appoint the officers and employees either directly or on deputation in the manner, as may be prescribed, by the regulations. The salary and allowances payable to, and other terms and conditions of service of the officers and employees of the Board shall be such, as may be prescribed. The rules applicable to the Government employees in respect of the method of appointment salary and allowances, discipline and other conditions of service shall be applicable to the officers and employees of the Board.
