(1) This scheme shall apply to all Primary Agricultural Credit Societies except those which are defunct or dormant or which are underliquidation. (2) The Primary Agricultural Credit Societies admitted to the Scheme shall have to maintain fluid resources as provided in the Kerala Co-operative Societies Rules, 1969. (3) The Primary Agricultural Credit Societies shall have proper facilities the safety of valuables and records. (4) The Societies which are eligible to be included in the scheme shall be notified to the District Co-operative Bank by the Joint Registrar (General) of the District.
