In the Kerala Prevention and Control of Animal Diseases Act, 1967 (4 of 1967), in clause (a) of sub-section (5) of section 17,- (a) for item (i). the following item shall be substituted, namely:- "(i) in the office of the village panchayat or the municipality, as the case may be, within the jurisdiction of which the infected area is situated and in the local veterinary institution and in the Krishi Bhavan; "; (b) in item (ii), for the words "in the office of the National Extension Block", the words " in the office of the Block Panchayat shall be substituted.
