Act to over-ride other laws, contracts, etc.—The provisions of this Act shall have effect notwithstanding anything inconsistent therewith contained in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (Central Act 5 of 1908), or in any other law for the time being in force, or in any custom, usage or contract, or in any decree or order of a court or other authority.
