Disqualzfication.-The following proprietors shall be deemed be disqualified for the management of their property:- (a) minors ; '( l ! l I I i I I i l I I I _____ _.) 117 (b) proprietors adjudged by a competent civil court to be of unsound mind and incapable of tranaging their property ; (c) proprietots declared by the Government to be incapable of managing their property O\\ ing to any physical or mental defect or in- firmity rendering them unfit to manage their' pro petty.
