Abetting wuanctioned marriage of wards, etc.-Whoever, without the previous consent of the court, abets the marriage of any of the persons specified in clauses (a) and (b) of section 22 shall be liable, on convictiOn before a court of session, to a fine not exceeding two thou- sand rupees, or to imprisonment for a tenn not exceeding six months, or to both.
