Powas of persons holdmg tnqumes.-In holding any inquiry under this Act, the Collector or other person authorised to hold such inquiry shall have all the powers conferred on revenue officers by the Kerala Enquiries and Summonses Act, 1960 (Kerala Act 24 of 1960).
