Costs against manager how pazd.-If in any such suit or proceed- ings any ctvil or revenue court shall decree any costs agamst the manager or other officer competent to act as manager under section 24, the Court of Wards shall cause such costs to be patd out of any prc- perty of the ward, which, for the time bemg, may be in its hands.
