Suzt not to be znstitut,·d untzl after notzc~ to Collector.-( I) No suit relating to the person or property of any ward shall be instituted in any civil court until the expiration of two months after nottce in writmg has been delivered to or left at the office of the Collector specified in the not1ficat10n under section 18. (2) Such notice shall state th.e name and place of abode of the intending plaint1ff, the cause of actwn and the relief wh1ch he cla1ms ; and the plamt shall contain a statement that such notice has been so dehver ed or left : Provided that notice under tlus section shall not be req utred m the case of any suit the penod of hmitation fot which will expire within three months from the date of the notification under section 18.
