No immovable property under the superintendence of the court shall be liable to sale on account of arrears of land revenue accruing while such estate is under the superintendence of the court: Provided that all such arrears of land revenue shall be the first charge upon the sale proceeds of any such property which may be sold for any other cause than for arrears of land revenue.
