Suits under the Survey and Boundaries Act.—In a suit under section 14 of the Madras Survey and Boundaries Act, 1923, section 13 of the Travancore Survey and Boundaries Act of l094 or section 14 of the Cochin Survey Act, II of 1074, fee shall be computed on one-half of the market value of the property affected by the determination of the boundary or on 1[rupees one thousand], whichever is higher.
