Suits relating to easements

Suits relating to easements.—In a suit relating to an easement, whether by the dominant or the servient owner, or to a licence as defined in the law relating to easements for the time being in force, fee shall be computed on the amount at which the relief sought is valued in the plaint, or on 6[rupees one thousand], whichever is higher:
