The stamps used to denote any fee chargeable under this Act shall be impressed, adhesive or e-stamps, partly impressed or partly adhesive as the Government may by notification in the Gazette, from time to time direct.] Substituted by Kerala Finance Act, 2023 (17 of 2023) published in K. G. Ext. No. 1170 dt. 28/03/2023 (w.e.f. 01/04/2023). Prior to the substitution it read as: "78. Stamps to be impressed or adhesive.-- The stamps used to denote any fee chargeable under this Act shall be impressed or adhesive or partly impressed and partly adhesive, as the Government may, by notification in the Gazette from time to time, direct."
