(1) The Pension Fund shall not be utilised for any purpose other than those specified in this scheme. 15A[Provided that the expenses towards payment of medical allowance and festival allowance to pensioners and family pensioners shall be met from the fund as per the directions of the Government.] [Provided 15A[further] that any person found to be in eligible for pension, for any reason, the amount deposited on his behalf shall be refunded to the Society Concerned.] (2) The Pension Fund shall be operated by the Secretary provided that the limits of withdrawal and expenditure therefrom shall be decided by the board, from time to time.
