In cases where parties have been heard, the order, decision or award made or given by the Registrar, the Tribunal, the Cooperative Arbitration Court, the Arbitrator, the liquidator or any officer or other person under this Act, shall be pronounced on the day on which the case is finally heard or on some future day of which due notice shall be given to the parties or the date shall be pronounced openly on the day of final hearing.] Substituted by Act 7 of 2010 w.e.f. 28- 04-2010.
