Every society shall keep open to inspection for its members, free of charge, at all reasonable times, at the registered address of the society. (a) an up-to-date copy of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Act, 1969; (b) an up-to-date copy of the Kerala Cooperative Societies Rules, 1969; (c) an up-to-date copy of the bye-laws of the society; (d) a register of members; (e) the latest audited balance sheet of the society; [x x x x] (f) the accounts of the society in so far as they relate to his or her transaction [; and] [(g) summary of defects included in the latest statutory audit report along with the rectification report approved by the Committee and general body of the society.] Inserted by Act 8 of 2013 w.e.f. 14-02-2013.
