The society/institution receiving the Government assistance under these rules shall execute an agreement in Form A. The assistance sanctioned by Government shall be disbursed by the Registrar of Co-operative Societies after obtaining agreement, receipt and after satisfying that the institution concerned has fulfilled all the conditions. The institution shall not withdraw the amount or part thereof, without prior permission of the Registrar of Co-operative Societies.
