Repeal.—The Contingency Fund Act, 1950 (Act XXXII of 1950), is hereby repealed. Published in the Gazette Extraordinary dated 31-07-1957. *1. Vide Amendment act 1 of 1963, the words “a sum of fifty lakhs of rupees” substituted with “a sum of one hundred and fifty lakhs of rupees”.
