(1) The term of office of the non-official members of the Local Level Monitoring Committee shall be three years from the date of its Constitution. But after the expiry of the term of the Committee its non-official members may continue in office till the Constitution of the next Committee. (2) A non-official member may resign his office at any time by giving letter in writing under his hand.
