(1) The Authority shall, after considering the objections, if any, received in pursuance of the notice under section 13 and after making such modifications as it deems necessary, sanction the scheme. (2) The scheme as sanctioned under sub-section (1) shall be published in the Gazette and in the offices mentioned in sub-section (2) of section 13.
