Protection of acts and Proceeding of the Syndicate, Senate, Academic Council, etc.-(1) No act or procedings of the Syndicate, the Senate, the Academic Council or any other body constituted under this Act or the Statutes, Ordinances, Regulations or Rules made thereunder shall be invalid merely by reason of any vacancy existing in the body performing the act or passing the proceedings. (2) The Registrar shall forward to the Government copies of the proceedings at a meeting of the Syndicate and the Academic Council within two months of such meeting. 43
