The University.-(1) The Chancellor, the Pro-Chancellor, the Vice-Chancellor, the Pro-Vice-Chancellor and the members of the Syndicate, the Senate and the Academic Council for the time being, shall constitute a body corporate by the name of the Cechin University of Science and Technology. (2) The University shall have perpectual succession and a commmon seal, and shali sue and be sued by the said name.
