Officers of the University.- The following shalilbe the officers of the University, namely:- (i) the Vice-Chancellor; (ii) the Pro-Vice-Chancellor; (iii) the Registrar; (iv) the Finance Officer; and (v) such other Officers in the service of the Univer sity as may be declared by the Statutes to be Officers of the University.
