Fires of coal, charcol, or coke may be used on board vessels for donkey engines, steam winches and vessels, boilers for main engines. Fires for portable forges are permitted during working hours only and shall not be left unattended. The lighting of fires is entirely prohibited on board any boat, barge or country craft carrying inflammable goods and explosives.
