(1) If a person without authority enters upon the tramway, he shall be punished with fine which may extend to twenty rupees. (2) If a person so entering refuses to leave the tramway on being requested to do so by any tramway Officer or a Forest Officer, he shall be punished with fine which may extend to fifty rupees, and may be removed from the tramway by such officer.
