Amount payable to the Societies — Amount payable to the societies means the amount as per the first balance sheet prepared after the commencement of this Act, that is spent by the societies from their own fund for constructing building, setting up of other physical facilities, purchasing all movables like equipments and furniture which are now in use, for the administration and functioning of the Medical College, Hospital and allied institutions, after deducting the depreciation and deducting the amount deducted as per section 9.
