General effect of vesting. —(1) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force or in any order or judgment or decree of any Court or in any contract or other document, relating to the establishments immediately before the commencement of this Act, the same shall be deemed to have been terminated on such commencement. (2) The Board of Control who had managed and administered the establishments immediately before the commencement of this Act shall be deemed to have vacated its administration and management on such commencement.
