Special provisions regarding societies —(1) Even after the vesting of all assets and liabilities of the establishments and the allied institutions in Government as per section 4, the societies that is, the Academy of Medical Sciences, the Co-operative Hospital Complex may continue to exist under the laws as per which they are registered, as the case may be, and they may function in the manner stipulated in the said laws: This is a digitally signed Gazette.
