Short title and commencement.—(1) This Act may be called the Kerala Co-operative Hospital Complex, the Academy of Medical Sciences and Allied Institutions (Taking over and Administration) Act, 2019. (2) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 2nd day of March, 2019.
