(1) There shall be paid to the Registrar such fees as the Government may, from time to time, prescribe, for-- (a) a permit under Section 5; (b) the registration of a variola under Section 8; (c) filing with the Registrar of copies of documents as required under sub-section (3) of Section 11, sub-section (1) of Section 14, sub-section (3) of Section 24, sub-section (2) of Section 33 and Section 37; (d) the inspection of a document under Section 58; (e) any certificate, copy or extract under Section 58; (f) the audit of any balance sheet and the issue of audit certificates; and (g) such other purposes as appear necessary to carry out the purposes of this Act. (2) A table of fees payable under sub-section (1) shall be published in the Gazette.
