(1) On the making of a winding up order, it shall be the duty of the petitioner in the winding up proceedings and of the receiver to file with the Registrar a copy of the order, within one month from the date of the making of the order. (2) On the filing of a copy of the winding up order, the Registrar shall make an entry thereof in his books relating to the chitty and shall notify in the Gazette that such order has been made.
