(1) Every transfer made under Section 30 or Section 31 shall be entered by the foreman in the books of the chitty. (2) A true copy of any entry made under sub-section (1) shall be filed by the foreman with the Registrar within fourteen days from the date of such entry, in default of which the foreman shall be punishable with fine which may extend to one hundred rupees.
