(1) Where there are more foremen than one in a chitty, none of them shall withdraw from it unless such withdrawal is assented to in writing by all the non-prized and unpaid prized subscribers and a copy of such assent has been filed with the Registrar within fourteen days from the date of such assent. (2) The withdrawal from a chitty of one of the foremen thereof shall not affect the security given under Section 15.
