Removal of Difficulties:— If any difficulty arises in-giving effect to any of the provisions of this scheme, Government may, by order, make such provisions or give such directions not in consistent with the provisions of the scheme as appear to them to be neccessary or expendient for the removal of the doubt or difficulty and the order of the Government in such cases shall be final. Provided that no such order shall be passed after the expiry of two years from the date of commencement of scheme. By order of the Governor, G. P. Nair, Commissioner and Secretary to Government Explanatory Note, (This does not form part of the notification but is intended to indicate the general purport) As per sub-section (1) of section 3 of the Kerala Cashew Workers' Relief and Welfare Fund Act, 1979, (Act 19 of 1984) a scheme has to be framed for the inplementation of the provisions of the Act.
