Amendment of section 5.—in section 5 of the principal Act, after sub-section (3) the following sub-section shall be insertcct, namely:- (.' 134L) The Govemment shall contribute to the fund every year by way of grant on a matching basis an amount equal I to the contribution paid by employces under sub-section (2)."
