Payment of accumulation of a Deceased Member.- On the death of a member for reason other than that is Specified under sub-paragraph (1), of paragraph 40 the amount of contribution standing to the credit of the member shall be paid to his nomi- nees: Provided that if he has filed no nomination the amount shall be paid in equal shares to his legal heirs on production of sufficient proof.
