Advance for the marriage of a daughter of a member.- The Chief Executive or any other Officer authorised by him in this behalf may sanction a non-refundable advance from his account in the Fund not exceeding Rs. 2,000 (Rupess Two thousand S only) for the marriage of his daughter. Such advances shall not be granted on more than 2 occasions. .
