Mode of payment of rent.-The amount of rent payable under thi" Act shall, subject to any rules made thereunder, be paid by the Governmellt to the person or persons entitled thc:reto by means of cheque: Provided that the amount of rent payable under this Act in respect of a cashew f.1.ctory v~sted in the Corp.'Jration in pursuance of an order made under sub-section (3) of sect'on 3 shall be paid by the Corporation.
