(1) [There shall be a Dean of each faculty, who shall be nominated by the Chancellor in consultation with the Vice-Chancellor]. (2) The Dean of each faculty shall be responsible for the due observance of the Statues, Ordinances, Regulations and bye-laws relating to that faculty.
