Authorities of the University: The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:- (i) the Senate; (ii) the Syndicate; (iii) the Academic Council; (iv) the Faculties; Act 23 (v) the Boards of Studies; (vi) the Students’ Council; (vii) the Finance Committee; and (viii) such other boards or bodies of the University as may be declared by the Statutes to be authorities of the University.
