Limitation of hours of work.— No inmate of a borstal school shall be made to work for more than six hours a day: Provided that extra drill awarded as a punishment under sub-section (1) of section 23 shall not be deemed, for the purposes of this section, to be work. PART V APPEAL AND REVISION
