Transfer of certain suits to the Revenue Divisional Officer.─All suits relating to the recovery of the cash paid or the value of the thing given under the bonded labour system, pending before any court at the commencement of this Act, shall be transferred to the Revenue Divisional Officer within whose jurisdiction the debtor ordinarily resides, to be dealt with in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
